No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy will be enforced as of September 1, 2025

At Concierge Health and Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized care to all of our patients. To ensure availability and respect the time of both patients and providers, we are implementing the following cancellation and no-show policy, effective September 1, 2025:

24-Hour Notice Required
We kindly ask that patients provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Monday appointments should be cancelled by the Friday prior.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without any notice (no-show) will be subject to a cancellation fee of $30.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by calling our office directly.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Fee waivers may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Acknowledgment
By continuing to schedule appointments with Concierge Health and Wellness on or after September 1, 2025, patients acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely care for all of our patients.
