"I cannot recommend Concierge Health highly enough! Before having my consult and being treated here by the amazing Dr. Dibra ,I had constant neck and back pain from my scoliosis. He takes the time to explain what is going on in my body with my back curvature, with also giving me at home techniques to stay limber and pain relief. His incorporation of state-of-the-art technology into the practice sets it apart from others in the area, making the treatments even more effective. The decompression table and Wave acoustics compression therapy has changed my life. I am able to finish a 12hr day at work and go to the gym with out having to leave in severe pain. Please check them out with your pain and physical therapy needs, you will not be disappointed!"

"I broke my femur and got surgery the same day, after some recovery i started physical therapy at Concierge and the progress has been absolutely amazing! Dr. Dibra is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He explains the treatments very well and can easily adjust to your needs to make the progress as comfortable and effective as possible. Every visit is a positive experience and notice improvement after every session. I’ve had multiple injuries requiring physical therapy over the years and this is the best program by far."

"I highly recommend Concierge Health and Wellness with it's wonderful and expert staff comprised of Dr. Dibra, Heather, Sarah and Marnie! My experience and treatment here has been nothing but exceptional! My back has three bulging discs per MRI and I have been diagnosed by my primary care physician with degenerative disc disease. I work hard to stay in shape and pain free. I sought treatment here to invest in my future physical well-being and to learn more about further injury and prevention. I also hope to avoid ever needing back surgery. I truly feel that I have found the expertise, care, treatment and support here necessary for my long term goal. I feel Dr. Dibra stays abreast on cutting edge treatment and technology. My father had the same diagnosis and he was almost completely immobile by the time he passed. So, I do not take my situation lightly. I was born in Billings and have lived in and near the area for nearly four decades. I have also had other experiences witn a few other PT facilities in said area. I feel am treated holistically here being given the necessary devoted attention to myself as a person and my physical wellness. They all take the time to learn about me, taking the time to have those conversations. I started with the trials of spinal decompression, laser and piezo wave after my initial consultation with Dr. Dibra. I felt no pressure from him to make any sort of commitment, he left it up to me to decide what would work for me after explaining things very well. I feel very confident that I made the right choice to support my long-term well-being! On top of everything, they are all down to earth! A quality that means much to me! I am honored to leave this review!"

"Prior to my evaluation and treatment at concierge health and wellness, I could not walk more than 100’ without pain . No I can shovel the driveway of snow several times a day if needed without pain.! The staff is friendly helpful and caring. I would recommend spinal decompression therapy , if nothing else has helped give them a try."

"I had shoulder surgery in the beginning of October 2024 and my friend gave me the referral to Concierge Health & Wellness. I was terrified to be starting Physical Therapy two weeks after my surgery, but my terror quickly turned into trust the moment I met Blerim. Blerim is very experienced and knowledgeable, as demonstrated by his precise and effective treatments. He is perfectly professional, showcased by his genuine care and concern, along with his willingness to listen to feedback and change course, as needed. The recovery from this surgery has been daunting -- full of highs and lows and everything in between -- but I have never once felt alone, unsupported or unheard through the entire process. Another priceless piece of this experience is the outstanding service received from both Heather and Sarah. These ladies take care of everything for you and I thorough enjoy all our interactions. The Concierge Health & Wellness team offers you a supportive and positive partnership on your path to healing and for this reason, I will never consider receiving such services from anywhere else!"

"Even after having knee replacement surgery several years ago, I still had pain and stiffness in my knee. After completing a round of PT at Concierge Health & Wellness, my knee is better than it has been in several years. Dr. Dibra’s approach to therapy is much different than the earlier PT therapy I received. He showed me several exercises that I do at home to help with core strength, balance and flexibility. Rather than just going through the same exercises during therapy sessions, Dr. Dibra used a varied approach with a mixture of equipment types to help stimulate circulation, add strength and tension release. Pilates, TENS/NMES, manual massage and manipulation as well as heat/cooling therapy along with compression/decompression were some of the types of methods used during my sessions. Concierge also fit me with custom orthotics to help with alignment and balance. The front-end staff were also friendly and professional. Heather is a licensed physical therapist and is able to explain equipment and what to expect during visits. I would highly recommend Concierge Physical Therapy Health and Wellness. They treat the whole person for long term results not just symptoms for temporary relief. Thank you!"

"This place is a whole vibe. A wonderful, hopeful, and peaceful vibe. Let me rewind three years. Three years ago, I slammed my toe into a pallet of watermelons, pretty sure I fractured my toe but I have severe anxiety so I didn’t go to the doctor. I just kept on my same running routine, but due to the pain in my toe, my gait was off so I ended up injuring my Achilles. I was given some orthotics by a foot doctor, but they were the basic foam ones and didn’t help either problem. Again, too scared of doctors, I just kept on running. It became pretty painful even only a couple miles into my runs so I stopped running. 🙁 this was heartbreaking but I couldn’t get myself to approach the subject of surgery. So I tried massage, dry needling, walking, low impact workouts… nothing really helped so I accepted my fate and gave up. My sister recommended Concierge because her plantar fasciitis improved drastically with therapy. I told her I had no hope, but I would try it. I am about seven treatments in and I am able to workout with higher intensity without severe pain!! The acoustic wave therapy feels amazing. It hits the spots where it hurts the most and the doctor and his wife are amazing. They are calm, explain things, and accommodate my ever changing schedule. I am excited and hopeful for the first time in years."

"I cannot recommend Concierge Health highly enough! I initially sought treatment for debilitating neck pain and was amazed at the immediate relief I experienced. Now, I’m going to them for post-op hernia care focusing on pelvic floor and low back strength and stability, and the results have been incredible. I have been able to safely return to activity without pain or limitations so that I can focus on enjoying an active life with my family and keeping up with my kids. Dr. Dibra, the physical therapist, is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to listen, explain the treatment plan, and tailor it to your specific needs. His incorporation of state-of-the-art technology into the practice sets it apart from others in the area, making the treatments even more effective. "Dr. Blerim Dibra literally changed my life! I went from basically hobbling around and crying from the pain of plantar fasciitis to daily hikes/walks within a matter of weeks. The PiezoWave Compression Therapy and Laser Therapy are pure magic! My pain was eased by at least 60% after only one session. It is pure technology magic!! I highly recommend! Dr. Dibra is one of a kind. I have never met a more informative, caring, personable, and professional physician in my life. He is upfront, from the first consult, regarding the process and the time needed for “healing” to take place. He explains everything he is doing and is very respectful. Completing physical therapy with Dr. Dibra is nothing like I have experienced before. He explains, instructs, and demonstrates and then allows you the privacy to complete each assigned set of reps until he checks back in on you. He personalizes your treatment with what you need (stretches, taping, strengthening, massage, trigger point hands on work, Pilates, etc) and will not push you beyond what you are capable. I am so very thankful that God led me to Concierge Health & Wellness. I have a life again!!! And I cannot forget the fabulous receptionists, Heather and Sarah. They are both so patient, helpful, and kind. The first person you speak with/see when going to a new facility can make or break an experience. You ladies are wonderful!"

"Dr. Dibra was the answer to prayers for my 10 year old. She had been dealing with foot & ankle pain for more than 2 years, daily. We have seen podiatrists and chiropractors who would help temporarily but never solved her issues. Dr. Dibra was there for us over a holiday weekend, got us in, gave us hope and help heal my daughters issues. His heart is in what he does and you can tell that with one conversation. He isn't like other medical professionals who want to keep you land locked into coming back over and over again, which as we all know is extremely expensive. I highly recommend Dr. Dibra for all of your entire families physical needs. I hope we don't have to return but if we do, it will be with Dr. Dibra!"

"I went to Blair and Heather with a rotator cuff injury in my left shoulder. Thru the use of the laser treatment and the sonic treatment and a healthy dose of additional physical therapy, the pain is almost completely gone and my range of motion and strength are almost completely restored. I continue to do the pt daily to maintain and improve my situation. I would most definitely highly recommend the services offered by Concierge Health and Welness!"

"Before going to Concierge I was having lower back pain then started having left knee pain. During consultation, it was found that my spinal curvature is more curved towards the front. The goal for my treatment was to correct my spine alignment. I felt some relief on my first therapy session. The knee pain disappeared in 3 weeks. Thank you Concierge."

"The Veterans Affairs Healthcare system wasnt helping me. When I found Concierge I was a shut in except for Doctors appointments. My feet hurt so bad, I hated shoes on them. The neuropathy was off the charts. After only 3 treatments I was walking better. With such great results on my feet, I figured I would get their orthotics for my shoes. The best orthotics I have ever had. And I also did thier spine decompression for my herniation in my lower back. Holy cow! What amazing results. I GOT MY LIFE BACK! Thank you so much Concierge! I highly recommend them for your your aches and pains that other Doctors aren't helping you with."

"Haven’t had a better experience in any medical practice of any kind came in with the issue with my knee due to training the wrong way for a race and not having the proper insoles for my flat feet evaluated my problem within 10 minutes show me exactly what was causing it and what the process is to fix it once I started PT and he realized I was getting better and did not need it anymore. He let me know so I would not be wasting any time or money. very friendly and upfront through the entire process and you can tell they wouldn’t try to sell something that isn’t going to actually solve your issue. Highly recommend giving concierge a try!"

Was sent to Premier Physical Therapy for it and they have treated me great over here, especially being able to work with my crazy schedule. Most importantly my shoulder and back problems have been treated very well. Definitely recommend this place to all the Minot airmen!"

"Super friendly helpful staff. They do things gradually as not to just jump in and hurt you worse than how you showed up. Had sharp pains throughout my back and after about four or five months it’s almost gone. The rooms are relaxing and fresh smelling. Love that with each visit get to have a back massage from a rolling table, definitely helps to relax my tight back muscles."

"Best physical therapy center! Its private and one on one. No open floors with multiple patients and doctors. Private relaxing rooms with a tv and catered experience. I only wish i came here for my neck therapy...the doctor is amazing and links the physical with the biological. He is passionate and believes in a two way street. "I very much enjoy this place, it is always incredibly clean, the staff is very friendly and Dr.Dibra is kind and thorough. They also accept Tricare so the local military personnel are welcome. Therapy takes place in private individual rooms and you will never feel watched which is very helpful for making patients comfortable enough in the environment to do their best at the therapy sessions."

"The staff here is amazing and greet you by name when you enter the door. Clean environment and a very personal experience. I love that my therapy is provided in my own room with out the watching eyes of others so I am able to get the most out of my time in a relaxing environment. "I was referred here due to a work related lumbar injury, and have had a good experience so far and have been physically improving since. The staff is great, the office smells good room is always clean. This is definitely a different experience to the another physical therapy location I've been to due to this same injury. My doctor changed me to this location after a trial run elsewhere and I can see why now. I now have some privacy during my sessions, it's not crowded and distracting, and I get one on one care with the same person every time. What I like the most is the prep time I get prior to starting my exercises because it creates routine and eases me into feeling more relaxed before getting into the real work. There's definitely a difference in how I am treated here compared to other places and I strongly believe the focus given to patients here is definitely something that left a good long lasting impression that had given me enough reason to leave this good review of my experience."

"I have had back problems for a while and i never knew exactly what was causing it. Even after the X-ray and MRI I only knew where the main source of pain was originating, but not what was causing it. Here they were able to identify and answer all the questions i had and show me exactly what was causing the pain. I was so relieved! Also the treatment i have been receiving has been very eye opening because they teach you how you can continue to help yourself on your off time with everyday stretches. The people are great at what they do. And i would highly recommend coming and getting seen here first if you are in a situation like i was."

"When I first arrived two months ago, I didn't know what to expect because I've had mixed feelings in the past... The attention to the pain I was having hasn't been taken serious until now.. The pain started two duty stations ago, 3 physical therapist later. My shoulder has been strengthened to a point it hasn't had since the injury. At first I thought, there isn't much hope as I expected to do the same old routines. Blessed it wasn't that way. The muscle building exercises intentions wasn't about activating the pain but to relax the weakened area to build in a gentle way. Yes I felt muscle stress but it was relaxing. Also I was always reminded when my appointment was near. I'm terrible with remembering dates even if I have my calendar set and alarm so loud."

"The staff here is very friendly, knowledgable, and organized. The routine is very structured and individualized. The focus is on retraining and reinvigorating the muscle group that is bothering you. Each room is very clean with a calming environment with blue walls and clouds on the ceilings. The TVs in each room are high quality Samsung AMOLED, which is great for passing the time while stretching and exercising. The scheduling of appointments is very fluid and easy. They send a text message reminder and always call the weekday before. They leave a voicemail if I don't answer and are always very respectful in their correspondence. I very highly recommend Premier PT. The appointments last about an hour and have been very effective."

I have 2 slipped discs (L4-L5 and L5-S1) in my lower back that pushed into my sciatic nerve. I feel like the staff treats their patients as if they were their own family. They stay completely focused on getting you better. I've never once felt like I wasn't a priority to them. My treatment was effective and efficient. I started therapy when my back pain was so bad that I could barely walk. My pain was addressed first before starting rehab. "I have been suffering for years with chronic back pain, I decided to have back surgery Feb 2015. I have experienced other Therapy sites and I wasn't to empressed. Just recently I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel and again surgery was recommended. I wasn't to excited when my doctor recommended Therapy for my now current condition and then pre existing back condition....I never thought I would ever find relief for my still very CHRONIC BACK PAIN!! I was now scheduled for OT and PT at Premier Therapy, from the moment I walked through their doors, I quickly became a believer. I have received five star patient care. I do not feel rushed through my 2+ hour appointments, I receive the education and therapy needed to improve my conditions. I am impressed with my overall care, mostly how they have helped to improve my ADLs. I highly recommend Premier Therapy for anyone suffering from pain or any other ailment which is keeping you from living your life. If I would have had access to them prior to back surgery, well who knows how my story would have ended??? I have them now and I still have more recovery time needed, but I know my life will improve each day, because I'm receiving my care from the staff at Premier Therapy."

Long story short, i was not seeing any results, in fact i was not getting better at all. Well another problem occured with my tailbone which left my back and behind in pain daily. My doctor told me to give Premier Physical Therapy of Minot a try.
